Hi!
I'm Ronak, a UX designer with a diverse background in human-computer interaction, software engineering, executive management and photography.
My journey into UX/UI design began during my time a Educational Experience Designer in high school, where I discovered my passion for seeing things from others' perspectives and simplifying/redesigning complex class activities for international students who had language barrier problem.
I found UX as the sweet spot in the overlap of my background and my passion. Driven by a deep enthusiasm for solving human challenges as well as having an artistic taste for creating visually apealing designs as a photographer directed me to get my masters in human-computer interaction (HCI) from Iowa State University, where I studied human-centered, inclusive and accessible design, as well as cognitive psychology.
My previous experiences have equipped me with valuable skills such as empathy, collaboration, and critical thinking, enabling me to create products with a high usability.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in photography, cooking, music, and exercise. These activities fuel my creativity and keep me inspired outside of my design work ☺

Mutual information exchange between insurance companies and customers
Mutual information exchange between insurance companies and customers is an idea for mitigating the driving hazards. In this project, I propose a scheme for such an information exchange to achieve goals such as mitigating driving hazards, decreasing insurance costs, forming good driving habits, and making confidence in old or inexperienced drivers.
Asynchronous online classroom and students' academic success
Language barrier is ranked among top-3 important academic barriers. In this research, I answer this question:
